The short version

NoxFeed is a tool that helps your team see what they ship. Use it lawfully, don't try to abuse it, and understand it's provided as-is without warranty. Standard software terms — the long version below spells it out.

Acceptable use

• Only sign in with GitHub accounts you own or are authorized to use.
• Don't try to access other organizations' data.
• Don't scrape, mirror, or resell the service.
• Don't use NoxFeed for anything unlawful or that violates GitHub's terms.

Service availability

NoxFeed runs on Cloudflare Workers + D1. We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee any specific SLA on the free tier. The macOS app works offline for browsing already-cached data.

Liability

NoxFeed is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. NoBoxDev isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on unticket.ai.
